Conference Registration Rates
- SCAEYC Member
- 1-Day Registration: $100
- 2-Day Registration: $158
- Non-SCAEYC Member*
- 1-Day Registration: $150
- 2-Day Registration: $230
- Student
- $80 flat rate
*Non-Member registration includes a complimentary 1-year annual NAEYC & SCAEYC membership that will begin on October 1, 2026.

Programming
The SCAEYC Conference provides professional development and continuing education sessions designed for early childhood professionals.
Our Vendor Marketplace allows attendees to connect with early childhood organizations and industry partners. Be sure to stop by to explore resources and grab some giveaways!
Credit Hours
Attendees will be able to earn up to 15 DSS credit hours over the course of the two day conference.

Group Rate
SCAEYC has reserved a block of King suite rooms at Four Points by Sheraton Spartanburg from Thursday, October 15 – Saturday, October 17. The group rate is $119 / night. Tuesday, September 15 is the deadline to reserve a room at this rate.
