Vendors will be able to set up beginning at 7:00 a.m. Friday morning.

Vendors are typically open throughout the conference. Peak times include the time between when registration opens and the first session starts. Between sessions. Lunch time. Some people will stop by at the end of the day.

Lunch will be provided to all participants on Friday and Saturday. When the lunch is ready, vendors will be invited to get their lunch early so you will be able to eat before participants begin lunch.

Door prizes will be given away at the end of the keynote presentations. Please bring your door prize to Room 115. Thank you for supporting our conference.
